For large and chain-store branches designated in DESUP, the schedule calls for return points containing a DİM to cover at least 10% of total branches across Türkiye by the end of 2026.
Planning must cover at least one branch in the district where a branch operates and at least one branch in the provincial center.
Adequate space, power, mechanical and internet infrastructure, and staff support must be provided; the return point must remain active during working hours.
